Thompson Realty Group came to us with a vision: a luxury apartment community in Red Oak, Texas that didn’t play by the usual rules. High-end amenities. Polished design. Nothing beige about it. We named it Ovilla—a nod to the town’s roots and an old word meaning “circle of houses.” Refined. Intentional. A little off-kilter in the best way. Tied to the buzz of Legacy Square—shopping, dining, movies—Ovilla is more than a place to live. It’s a place to Blend Out. A brand with swagger, sharp design, and just enough grit to win an Addy and raise a few eyebrows.
